  • Appearance: In the glass the wine presents a vibrant, pale straw color with a delicate golden hue. A steady stream of fine, persistent bubbles creates a delicate
    and elegant mousse.


    Aroma: On the nose the bouquet is refined and layered, offering bright, fresh aromas of late summer sunshine, Meyer lemon zest, Asian pear, and cut hay, all underpinned by delicate floral notes of honeysuckle and acacia. The subtle nuances of almond croissant, and a hint of chalk minerality add depth and complexity, showcasing its time spent aging on the lees.


    Palate: On the palate, the wine is crisp and precise, with a richness that defines its class. Flavors of citrus—lime, lemon curd, and yuzu—are interwoven with orchard fruits such as golden apple. These fresh fruit notes are balanced by secondary flavors of marzipan and brioche. The wine's texture is creamy yet vibrant, with a fine bead that contributes to its polished and elegant mouthfeel.

  • This Blanc de Blancs pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods. It is a perfect match for oysters on the half shell, Dungeness crab, or seared scallops. It also complements creamy cheeses like triple cream Brie, citrus-infused salads, or even Roast Chicken dishes with lemon and herb accents.

  • Elegant streams of ultra-fine bubbles fill the glass, complemented by generous aromas of bright lemon, freshly cut hay, and a hint of strawberry and currant. The palate is crisp and vibrant, showcasing a concentration of flavors that range from ripe Meyer lemon to white cherry, white peach, gentle notes of honeyed brioche and a whisper of buttered croissant. The energetic and lively bubbles persist alongside the heightening complexity of aromas. With a barely perceptible dosage, the result is an evocative representation of Carneros terroir with a finish that is bright, clean and endlessly refreshing.
